After seeing a kid with Tourette’s Syndrome at the toy store, Cartman becomes obsessed with it. He finds out that with Tourette’s, he can say whatever he wants without consequence. Naturally, he calls Dateline so he can get on National TV and take full advantage of his new found life.

Hooked on Monkey Fonics

In hopes that he will win the Spelling Bee, Cartman’s mother gives him “Hooked on Monkey Phonics.” But the contest is won by two children (a boy and a girl) that are home schooled. The boy reluctantly gets permission to try public school, while Kyle has become infatuated with girl. Meanwhile, Cartman tries home schooling and really takes advantage of it.
